Every year millions of graduates are ready to join the workforce but not everyone has the necessary skills. The degree of social competency and skills any youth gains depends upon environment he grows up.

10% belongs to the middle-class families, who are studying in government schools. Due to lack of facilities in the schools and incapacity of their parents to support them in their studies which leads to the basics of these students are very weak
